The Thelemic practice of Liber Resh involves four adorations of the Sun each day, at sunrise, noon, sunset, and midnight. Helios assists with this practice by providing a list of the most recent and four upcoming adoration times, the text for each adoration, and a compass display showing the direction to each of the upcoming four adorations.
